ATHLETE / PERSONAL BRAND / YOUTH SPORTS
Building the system behind a former MLB player’s mission to keep kids in sports.
Jay Jackson already had the experience, the story, the book, and a community built around helping young athletes develop the right mindset. What he needed was one system connecting everything. With nearly 70% of young athletes leaving organized sports by age 13, Jay is using his experience from 17 professional baseball seasons to help players, parents, and coaches keep the joy, confidence, and purpose in the game.

The Challenge
Jay had all the right pieces, but they lived separately. His personal brand, book, community, content, and resources needed a clear customer journey that could grow his impact.
What Coinlete Saw
The opportunity was not creating something new. It was building one ecosystem where every website, funnel, guide, email, and piece of content pointed people back to The S.M.I.L.E. Zone.
